Workshop Technician

With a mechanical background, you will be working as part of a target driven team to ensure high standards of service and repair to coffee machine modules.

• Inspection of modules, dismantle, clean thoroughly, identify damaged or worn parts, source replacement parts and fit accordingly
• Reassemble repaired module to a high quality standard
• Test completed modules in line with company guidelines
• Daily update of the Production Modules Stats board to ensure performance is in line with productivity targets, escalating any issues/concerns early to the Workshop Team Lead.
• Support and assist other production module departments in order to achieve overall workshop productivity targets including hydraulic refurbishment, pressure vessel refurbishment and PDI’s
• Accurate completion of appropriate administration forms/boards relevant to your position
• Ensure the workshop and stores are kept clean and tidy at all times
• Ensure at all times that the Health and Safety policy is adhered to
• Co-operate with other employees in a professional and friendly manner
