Shape the future of product delivery while crafting solutions that enhance and optimize JPMC employee experiences. Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of innovation for the employee Workplace.
The Workspace Product aims to create a conducive environment for employees by becoming the connective tissue between our physical environment, the technology we use and the services we require while a work. Our team works on meeting employees’ work environment needs within their individual and collaborative workspaces by reducing friction, providing innovating solutions and implementing new design and technology standards that will promote greater productivity and employee satisfaction. As part of the employee-facing Workplace Services product line, our team will work closely with our partners in Global Technology, Global Real Estate, and Employee Experience to define the complete workspace user experience for our employees, and then develop strategies and solutions to improve their experience.
As a Workspace Product Delivery Director within Chief Administrative Office, you will enhance and optimize the way JPMC workspace is delivered to employees. As a key member of the team, you will create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. Seeking for a self-starter with in-depth, hands-on experience driving delivery across Real Estate, Technology and Employee Experience teams.
The Workspace product sits within Chief Administrative Office of JPMC, which includes teams responsible for Real Estate, Amenity, Security, Document Business Solutions and Shared Services for the firm. The CAO is undergoing a product transformation journey to improve the Workplace we provide to our employees. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS:
- 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
- Knowledge of real estate or technology product standards, industry trends, and emerging technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to senior management
- Ability to influence and build relationships across complex matrix environment
- Demonstrate the ability to execute via internal partnerships with other organizations, ability to influence people at all levels across the broad in a variety of job functions
- Excellent leadership skills of product, programs, projects teams and employees
- Practical experience in managing agile, cross-functional teams, often through influence
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS, CAPABILITIES, AND SKILLS:
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven experience of building strong, cohesive partnerships with the business, operations, technology, and other key stakeholders

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility / decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
- Manage the Workspace Product Roadmap & Work plan which include initiatives across At Desk Experience, Private Office Experience, Conferencing Experience, Mobile/Flex Work Experience, Seat Reservations, Site Support Experience, Product Foundation (Change Management, Listening, Design Guidelines Websites)
- Lead the completion of change management activities of product enhancements and works with CAO Communications, Location Leaders and Change Readiness teams
- Manage timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners
- Establish and maintains deep relationships with partners across Global Real Estate and Global Technology, in addition to other product teams across CAO and Employee Experience channels at JPMorgan Chase
- Develop a deep understanding of employee user journeys across all workplace product interactions and assigned user segments, and then leads teams across the firm to develop solutions via a coordinated roadmap and backlog
- Develop clear documentation of the scope, business requirements, use cases, workflows, wireframes and other materials as needed to support UX research, design and development and partnering teams (Real Estate & Tech)
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with delivery partners across RE, Tech and HR. Develop and maintain regular management and organizational reporting of issues and overall health of the workspace product
- In-directly manages and influences cross-functional teams throughout the workspace product process to ensure updates to workplace standards are executed properly and meet user needs
