Description:

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • At a minimum 5 years’ experience in system administration, MS Windows Server (2012/2016/2019) & workstation (Windows 8.1/Windows 10) Operating System, MS Office (2016/2019), software packaging & deployment, troubleshooting and remediation of network joined clients, Active Directory & Group Policies;
  • A thorough hands-on experience with MS SCCM;
  • Application provisioning technology operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Working against the NATO HQ ticketing system;
  • Ensuring all incoming Incidents and Service Requests are being handled and resolved within the agreed SLAs;
  • Second level application and configuration troubleshooting on all network connected clients.
