Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team, We are looking for a chef who has, ideally worked and trained in high standard restaurants this is not essential as we will provide full training and development for you when here.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a CDP
  • Proficiency in diverse cooking techniques and cuisines
  • Leaving Cert level education or above
  • NVQ qualification or equivalent
  • Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service
  • Flair and innovative with menus and food presentation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Exceptional attention to detai

Responsibilities:

  • Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling
  • General cleaning duties
  • Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times
  • Contribute to the development and planning of new products, menus, and promotions to enhance customer experience
  • Carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate.
    The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen.
    Hours per week: 45
