SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERTISE
The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, with expertise in technical document review, client communication, and offshore operations. They will also excel in collaboration, business development, and mentoring within a dynamic team environment. In addition, you:
- University degree or equivalent in a relevant commercial or technical field.
- Experience in project, sales, or contract management within the wind industry.
- Proven track record in offshore wind project execution.
- Extensive experience in tendering and leading contract negotiations for large-scale construction projects or vessels.
- Strong knowledge of wind turbine contract processes and standards.
- Ability to build partnerships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Leadership mindset with ownership of solutions and results.
- Proactive problem-solver with a focus on optimizations.
- Excellent multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Fluent in written and spoken English for effective communication.

Responsibilities:
As our WTG Contract Manager, you will lead contract negotiations and execution for developers, ensuring projects comply with TSA terms. You will also act as a contract expert during due diligence processes, providing critical reviews of contractual elements. Collaboration, knowledge sharing, and client engagement will be key aspects of your role, with opportunities for senior-level advancement. In addition, you will:
- Act as WTG Contract manager on behalf of developers. This could be during the development phase and/or during execution of the TSA.
- As part of this task, your responsibilities could span from leading the drafting and negotiation of WTG contracts to monitoring the project is executed according to the TSA.
- Act as contract expert on TDDs and VDDs performed on behalf of clients.
- As part of this task, your responsibility could be to review contractual aspects such as terms and conditions, program and price indexation.
- Act as subject matter expert across the team.
This will include sharing of recommendation and guidance as well as review of contract schedules. In DWP we have a high focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing across the team, and client relations. Therefore, the following tasks would also be part of the role.
- Participate in internal knowledge sharing forum.
- Support colleagues on tasks when needed.
- Participate and run client meetings.
This position is based at the DWP office in Silkeborg. Hybrid working will be offered. Travel could be required to client sites on an occasional basis.
