Job Description:
40% Operational Support to RO and GC
- Maintains National director/ P&C director and regional office staff records and database
- Manages information related to payroll and benefits payment accurately and on time through the HRIS or manually with Finance
- Supports Workday usage and application across region
- Maintains in-depth knowledge (working closely with P&C in SOs and NOs) of regional office and host office legal requirements related to the management of employees ensuring regulatory compliance in all matters throughout the employee lifecycle
- Acts as the primary point of contact for regional staff on all matters related to extended confirmation of employment, contract extensions, leaves of absence, flexible work arrangements, exception requests, secondments, onboarding and orientation and exit and transitions
- Review, develop and accurately implement People and Culture procedures & policies
- Work with RO and GC P&C to share ideas, develop standard practices and implement best practices across region
40% NO support
- Collaborates effectively with Regional BP to provide comprehensive, timely, and equitable HR support to National offices
- Meets regularly with National office P&C staff to ensure that they are carried along in the implementation of WVI policies and procedures
- Ensure the proper maintenance of the system and accurate data at all times (Workday, MTM, IIM/IPH, Risk, compliance, Our Voice)
- Creates, updates, and manages standardized tools to provide holistic approaches to the employment life cycle for local plus and IAs
- Maintains a reliable and centrally accessible reference system for National Office
- Manages and resolves basic employee relations issues, consulting BP always
- Supports investigation of sensitive employee relation matters, under supervision of BP

- Build and maintain positive spirit of working in team
- Facilitate in the practice of spiritual discernment and prayer
- Support Director and BPs on all projects, tasks and team efforts
- Coordinates collection and analysis of global/National office/regional HR data, metrics, and trends to provide insights to regional and National Office P&C leadership, contributing to positive, field-focused outcomes
