Our clients typically include General Contractors, Mechanical & Electrical Contractors as well as other trades aligned to the construction industry.

As Xradar’s Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for the successful completion of all given administrative tasks including field and office Health and Safety procedures and protocols maintenance, COR audit follow-throughs and assistance, facilities and office upkeep as well as any other administrative tasks delegated by the Director of Operations.

As our Administrative Coordinator, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Manage Xradar’s ongoing H&S program
  • Ensure employee training and qualifications are kept up to date
  • Maintain compliance with client prequalification management systems
  • Assist in COR safety audits and in the development of corrective plans
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with our H&S standards
  • Liaise with clients on project-specific safety requirements
  • Reporting and tracking of incidents and near misses
  • Conduct H&S related investigations
  • Inventory, stocking, and reordering PPE supplies and general consumables; filing reports and ensuring stats and data are easy to retrieve
  • Organize and maintain the division’s filing system and applications
  • Ensure teams follow the correct procedures, policies, and documentation requirements
  • Compliance with the law, good practice, and ethics that relate to all aspects of the business and in the interest of Xradar
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
