Our clients typically include General Contractors, Mechanical & Electrical Contractors as well as other trades aligned to the construction industry.

As Xradar’s Health and Safety Lead, you will make an impact on our health and safety practices by maintaining our COR certification, coaching team members, and helping us to uphold our culture of safety and excellence. As our Health and Safety Lead, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Manage Xradar’s ongoing H&S program
• Ensure employee training and qualifications are kept up to date
• Maintain compliance with client prequalification management systems
• Conduct COR safety audits and assist in the development of corrective plans
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with our H&S standards
• Liaise with clients on project specific safety requirements
• Provide risk management advice
• Reporting and tracking of incident and near misses
• Lead H&S related investigations
• Safety onboarding of new hires
• Office administration such as stocking and reordering PPE supplies and general consumables; filing reports and ensuring stats and data are easy to retrieve
