Yakta, a leader in zero-turn mower manufacturing, is looking for a passionate and motivated Business Development Associate to join our growing team! This role offers an exciting opportunity to help expand Yakta’s dealership and customer relationships, supporting growth in the outdoor equipment industry.

Job Overview: As a Business Development Associate, you will be instrumental in helping Yakta build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing dealerships and end-user customers. You will work closely with our sales and product teams to drive growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to meeting sales goals.
QUALIFICATIONS AND DESIRED SKILLS:
- Passion for the Outdoor Power Equipment industries.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ambitious and self-driven, with the ability to work in a team environment.
- Available to work Monday through Friday in Woodlands, MB.(occasional evening and weekends)
Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and grow your assigned pipeline to meet sales and margin goals.
- Acquire new leads through cold calling customers, and warm leads from inbound inquiries.
- Ensure to respond in a timely manner to leads.
- Maintain detailed records of your sales activities, including calls, lost leads, and customer issues.
- Become well-versed in Yakta’s products and services to offer valuable solutions to customers.
- Work with the Client Care Team to address and report customer concerns.
- Continuously improve your sales skills through personal development.
