Description:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent training
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Valid driver’s license
- Ability to drive all makes and models of vehicles
- Must be prepared to work in varying weather conditions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite applications
- Autonomous person capable of assessing the volume of work and ensuring the punctual completion of tasks
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team

Responsibilities:
- Act as a yard manager in the various areas of the yard, including the rapid recovery vehicles, receiving area and holding areas for auctions
- Ensure proper execution of all service level agreements for clients
- Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the yard, which may include transporting cars, writing inspection reports, organizing vehicles for the sales day and assisting customers
- Assist in compliance and enforcement of safety standards at all times
- Respond to staff questions, concerns and challenges, and manage people strategically according to business needs
- Help resolve various issues that may arise with court service, procedures and equipment
- Assist in the implementation of quality control standards with the team
