QUALIFICATIONS
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Education: Associate’s degree or relevant IT certifications.
- Experience:
- 3+ years of experience with Yardi Voyager systems, including modules like Commercial, PayScan/Procure to Pay, and advanced budgeting and forecasting.
- 2+ years of Yardi Administration experience.
- Accounting Knowledge: A strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across all user levels.
- Strong relationship management skills.
Responsibilities:
As the Yardi Systems Administrator, you will:
- Create and modify scheduled reports, set up new properties/associated information, update account trees, and manage ETL uploads/downloads.
- Manage user and group setups, custom menus, security access, and workflows.
- Serve as the primary contact for end-user questions, ensuring issues are addressed or escalated to Yardi Client Central.
- Collaborate on the planning, design, development, deployment, and testing of new Yardi modules and enhancements.
- Stay up to date on Yardi module updates and system changes to maximize software usage.
- Assist with system upgrades, implementations, integrations, and maintenance through validation and testing.
- Manage third-party application integrations with Yardi and coordinate with external consultants as needed.
- Support the development of eLearning content, schedule training events, and update current learning programs.
- Translate current business requirements into functional and configuration specifications.
- Analyze business needs, design processes for new requirements or enhancements, and recommend solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while maintaining thorough documentation.
- Routinely monitor user needs, provide solutions, and manage all Yardi-related issues.
- Serve as a product knowledge expert for the entire organization.
