PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Yield and revenue analyst will be supporting the operations team to analyse data to drive optimal resource allocation, predict demand to drive dynamic pricing strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze customer behavior, historical trends, and market conditions to maximize & grow revenue.

KEY DELIVERABLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily, weekly & monthly reports to assist in analyzing customer demand patterns, booking trends, and behaviors to forecast demand for different routes, dates, and times.
• Evaluate and optimize the allocation of resources, ensuring efficient utilization based on predicted demand and capacity.
• Apply revenue management techniques to maximize profitability through dynamic pricing and demand forecasting.
• Monitor and adjust prices in real time based on fluctuations in demand, supply, and customer behavior.
• Work with the Senior Management Teams to implement pricing changes across various channels.
• Continuously monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer behavior to adjust strategies as necessary.
• Present findings and insights to senior management, influencing decision-making to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Manage third party agent allocations.
