A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE

The Young Person’s Worker will support children and young people up to age 25 in our Community Resource building in Bayhead. Providing individualised child-focused packages of support which can include activities based of the young person’s likes and introducing opportunities to try new activities and have new experiences, attending events in the community. Enhancing life, social and communication skills. You will plan and support young people in taking part in activities based at the service in order to develop their skills as well as attend to their personal care.
