Our department in Stavanger is now looking for a Young Professional Process Engineer to help us in our mission to #powerthechange.
What will you be doing?
- As a graduate in 2025 in Aker Solutions, you will be a part of a graduate program. This includes professional network, meet other graduates across locations and visit to our headquarter and one of our yards
- Be a part of a highly qualified Process Engineering team
- Be involved in a wide variety of projects ranging from smaller Front End/Entr Studies to Major Modification Projects.
- Develop your engineering abilities by working with highly skilled engineers
- Be part of develop discipline deliverables, such as; process simulations, P&ID, PFD, process datasheets, line sizing and line list, calculation and calculation reports, process and system documentation, and participate in HAZOP, design reviews and other relevant safety reviews
- Work together with large clients within the energy industry
- Possibility to work across segments and locations
We think you should have:
- You have recently graduated, or you are about to graduate from your final year of studies
- Area of study relevant to the role you are applying for
- You have a high ability to learn and great interest for new technology and digitalization.
- Solution oriented with good communication and collaboration skills
- Strong work ethics and a proactive attitude
- A commercial mindset, good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
