THE ROLE:

Are you passionate about fostering youth engagement, promoting social justice, and delivering impactful education programs? St Vincent de Paul Society Victoria (SPDPV) is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Team Leader – Youth Engagement and Education Programs to join our Membership and Special Works team. This vital role contributes to the strategic growth, and overseas administration, and delivery of youth-led initiatives and education programs that align with SPDPV’s mission and values.
As Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team in the planning, delivery, and evaluation of youth engagement initiatives and education programs. You will ensure the effective coordination of resources, manage stakeholder relationships, and oversee compliance with organisational policies and procedures. Your leadership will foster a positive team culture that reflects the values of SPDPV while driving program success.
