Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading youth development training provider. This company has been a pioneer in equipping students with essential skills and attitudes for success in school and future workplaces since 1995.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Proactively reach out to MOE schools through cold calling to introduce and promote our Youth Developmentprograms.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with school teachers and decision-makers to expand our network of educational partners.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts by providing exceptional service and ensuring ongoing sales.
- Identify learning gaps and present effective solutions to address those needs.
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps to achieve sales targets and program implementation success.
- Continuously evaluate the impact of our programs and ensure their long-term sustainability and effectiveness.
- Stay informed about new educational trends and leverage this knowledge to enhance program development.
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, manage multiple projects, and ensure timely delivery of goals and initiatives.
