WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking a passionate individual with:

• A strong desire to empower and inspire youth.
• Energy and relatability to connect with young audiences.
• A willingness to learn and embrace new challenges.
• Experience in training, teaching, or youth mentorship (preferred).
• Familiarity with Singapore’s education system (MOE, CCA, etc.) is a bonus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• An interest in leveraging social media for youth engagement.

As a Youth Empowerment Trainer , you will:

• Deliver Transformative Training : Conduct engaging and impactful sessions that inspire youth to reach their potential.
• Mentor Emerging Talent : Develop and guide Training Associates, shaping the next generation of trainers.
• Innovate Curriculums : Design fresh, relevant training materials to address today’s challenges.
• Manage Operations : Ensure smooth program delivery through effective administration.
• Connect Digitally : Use social media to engage with youth and extend your reach.
