Job Description
Our Youth & Family Director will play a pivotal role overseeing our Youth and Family programs at the Northern York County branch of the YMCA. Reporting to the Executive, you will lead a dedicated team in alignment with the Y’s priorities, protocols and values. Your responsibilities will include oversight of youth and family programs, including summer camp, staff supervision, fostering a safe and inclusive environment for all members, and more!

• Manage staffing administration and training requirements.

• Effectively manage data tracking and program budgets.
