  Your role and responsibilities
  We’re seeking passionate professionals to help transform young lives through our innovative rehabilitation programs. You’ll deliver vital support services and intervention programs that make a real impact, working directly with young people and their families to prevent youth offending and promote positive change. As part of our supportive team, you’ll engage with victims of youth offences, provide court support services including weekends and bank holidays (when trained and as required), and be at the heart of our community safety initiatives. We’re looking for resilient, flexible individuals who excel at connecting with challenging young people and believe in the power of rehabilitation. You’ll be part of a close-knit, motivated team that celebrates success together, with access to specialist services and multi-agency support.
