Description:
JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Youth Development Professional to mentor and support young people in achieving their personal, academic, and social goals. The ideal candidate will have experience working with youth, a passion for positive youth development, and the ability to create a safe and engaging environment for learning and growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- BA/BS degree in Education, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience working with youth in educational, recreational, or counseling settings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with young people.
- Experience planning and facilitating youth programs or activities.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards youth development.
- Ability to manage group dynamics and resolve conflicts effectively.
- US Citizen or Green Card holder.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging activities and programs that promote social, emotional, and educational development.
