REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid and Current Driver’s Licence
• Valid and Current Workers With Children’s Check
• Valid and Current NDIS Workers Screeners Check
• Satisfactory Criminal History Check

The Targeted Early Intervention (TEI) for schools program is a program which focuses on early support for young people who are disengaged or at risk of disengagement from school. By providing holistic support to students, you and the program will aim to improve educational outcomes as well as build a sense of community belonging and self-determination for Young People.
As a Youth Success Champion, you will be responsible for establishing a strong working relationship with the school to best address the TEI for schools objectives in providing support for students and families in order to improve educational and wellbeing outcomes for students.
