Description:
LOCATION: HILLINGDON
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 1-year contract (with potential for extension)
Contract Type: Temporary, with the possibility of becoming permanent
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:00 pm
Daily Pay: £95 - £115
REQUIREMENTS:
- Available Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm.
- Recent experience in supporting individuals with additional needs.
- Ready for an immediate start as a SEND Support Worker.
- Willingness to undergo child and adult DBS clearance through Lara Search.

As a SEND Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, engaging, and enjoyable learning environment. Your efforts will help build positive relationships, boost student confidence, and provide essential support throughout their educational journey.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create a safe, engaging, and enjoyable learning experience.
- Build positive connections to enhance students’ confidence and self-esteem.
- Assist class teachers with classroom activities.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students.
- Assist with personal care duties as needed.
- Support students with complex needs.
