REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Transport Canada A.M.E. Type “M” license
• Experience working on, or endorsed on B737, B757, ATR or CV580 aircraft
• A minimum of 7 years of aviation maintenance experience
• A proven track record of effective leadership and managerial skills in the Aviation Industry.

• Ensure safe work and risk management practices, policies and procedures are followed including compliance with CARS.
• Support and promote the SMS Program.
• Management & Supervision of staff at YVR Base, including:
• Line Maintenance Operations (Fleet & Customer)
• Heavy Maintenance Operations
• Materials Management Operations
• Facilities
