Responsibilities:

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • Interacting with customers and support sales team as required
  • Daily monitoring of Work Manager tasks to meet KPI/SLA requirements
  • Timely and accurate Accounts issued
  • Dealing with day-to-day queries and action within SLA’s
  • Liaising with internal teams to improve customer focus
  • Involvement in the Daily comm cell meetings discussing workloads, concerns, and plan for the day
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
  • Initiate and implement process improvement ideas
  • Sharing knowledge and expertise
  • Understanding the impact of the Accounts in relation to ZCR’s Debt position
  • Working closely with the Key Financial Controls team to identify and resolve reconciliation differences

We aren’t fussed if you’ve worked in a similar role before, but ideally you will have some of the following:

  • Previous experience using Excel and other Microsoft packages
  • Confident speaking on the phone
  • Passionate about customers and driving through continuous improvement
  • Ability to cope with varying workloads, pressures, and priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent judgement and decision-making skills
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
  • Excellent attention to detail, with strong focus on quality and root cause analysis
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, both within and outside of ZC
