SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Zund or flatbed operator.
• At least 2 years of experience in print finishing, including vinyl weeding, application, and laminating.
• Proficient in routine machine maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
• Ability to read and interpret shop and architectural drawings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A team player who meets deadlines with precision and quality.
• Physically capable of manual tasks, such as loading/unloading machines.
• Familiarity with PC-based software.
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re on the hunt for an experienced and proactive Zund Operator to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in operating our Zund cutter to ensure high-quality production that meets our strict QA benchmarks. This is an opportunity to be part of a collaborative team that thrives on producing excellent work and hitting targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate the Zund cutter to meet production and quality standards.
• Lay up products accurately, ensuring proper alignment and setup.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
• Manage sign production timelines to ensure projects are completed on time.
