Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Honor Commitments: Maintain and manage accurate documentation, ensuring consistency across all records. Accurately process pre-delivery paperwork, following through to closure of sales transactions. Check and confirm order entry documentation for completeness and accuracy. Prepare commercial documentation, sales orders, and deliveries. Coordinate and support the delivery process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of vehicles to customers. Coordinate Pre-Delivery Inspections, verifying documentation, and any post-sale registrations including, but not limited to, warranty. Create Positive Experiences: Provide support to delivery teams ensuring seamless and positive experiences for customers. Proactively communicate with customers, sales executives, financial departments, and warranty administrators to deliver an exceptional B2B sales journey.
