The ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of best practices in the electronic assembly environment. We need highly motivated, well organized individuals to join this dynamic, versatile and growing business. Job Responsibilities: General knowledge of Surface Mount Technology and equipment operation Experience operating and programing My data Surface Mount Equipment a plus Experience using DEK Stencil printers a plus Experience in reflow operation and profile generation a plus Quality inspection experience is a plus IPC-610 or J-Std certification is a plus Strong aptitude for electronic and mechanical assembly practices Familiar with structured BOMs, assembly drawings and kit identification Must be agile and able to work multiple projects Work well independently and in a group setting Able to meet tight deadlines Ability to work at a fast pace environment Flexibility with scheduling Experience in Lean/6 Sigma a plus Requirements Proven experience in PCB assembly, particularly in a production environment. IPC-A-610 or equivalent certification is highly desirable. Must have strong proficiency in both through-hole and surface mount soldering techniques. Familiarity with electronic components, circuit boards, and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) safety procedures. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve soldering issues effectively. Good verbal and written communication skills for reporting and documenting work. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, as well as independently when required.
Responsibilities
