Description
Your tasks:
IT support and user support: Providing support to specialist departments in their daily operations via telephone, email and remote access.
System operation and IMAC services: Performing install, move, add and change tasks, as well as operating and maintaining IT and end devices.
Server, client and Citrix environment: Installation, operation and maintenance of Microsoft server and client systems as well as Citrix solutions.
Incident and problem management: Analysis, documentation and sustainable resolution of malfunctions in the ticketing system
Monitoring and operational security: Monitoring of the IT system landscape to ensure stable and smooth operation.
IT security and collaboration: Participation in IT security measures and projects, as well as close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Your qualifications:
Completed IT training or a degree in IT
Experience in incident and request management, as well as structured analysis and resolution of malfunctions and requests.
Proficient use of common collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, as well as very good German skills, both written and spoken.
Structured, reliable and solution-oriented work style with a high degree of personal responsibility - even with a high volume of tickets.
Independent and proactive work organization as well as close collaboration with team leaders, users and IT departments.
Ability to identify and implement optimization potential, e.g. through standardization and reduction of recurring disruptions
