Responsabilità Principali: Strategia e Pianificazione: Sviluppare, implementare e monitorare strategie e processi di approvvigionamento e logistica, identificando aree di miglioramento. Gestione Approvvigionamento: Supervisionare il processo di acquisto (dall’ordine alla consegna) e la gestione dei fornitori chiave. Selezionare fornitori qualificati, negoziare contratti e condizioni vantaggiose in caso di necessità e assicurare le comunicazioni con casa madre. Gestione Logistica: Gestire la logistica inbound e outbound last-mile e hub, supervisionare il processo e ricercare fornitori idonei. Assicurare quotidianamente le consegne di prodotto ai clienti. Gestione Inventario: Mantenere registri accurati delle scorte, implementare sistemi di controllo inventario e supervisionare la gestione degli stock. Gestione manutenzione shop e chiller: Assicurare che gli interventi richiesti vengano portati a termine Gestione Team: Supervisionare, formare e motivare il team di logistica e procurement.
