For more information on becoming a Customer Contact Center Representative, please see the attached job description.   Customer Contact Center Representative Requirements:  Minimum:  * High school diploma or equivalent required, one year in a customer service/retail environment.   * Must be able to attend work regularly and on time and perform position requirements with little supervision.    * Must have the ability to assist customers in a professional, positive manner, ability to communicate effectively, ability to be flexible by being able to adjust adeptly to changing priorities, ability to function as a member of a team including participating in team activities and displaying positive behavior.   * Must have computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel), proficient in keyboarding and use of a calculator and possess good general math and letter composition skills.  Must be able to work flexible hours.
