ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES * Coordinating with title companies to receive final signed closing documents * Review documents and stack per investor requirements and upload into Encompass  * Maintain tracking system for all packages  * Obtain final checks from title company along with Final Closing Disclosure to forward to mortgage accounting department * Airmail Final Note to investor * Confirm accuracy of MERS registration and transfer  * Stack the FHA / VA/USDA file in correct order per agency guidelines  * Pay the MIP / FF in a timely manner  * Complete Insuring data to FHA/VA/USDA systems for final insuring * Receive, upload, and track final docs Deed of Trust and Title Policy * Maintain tracking log of all final documents and call title/recording office to retrieve missing documents * Maintain tracking log of all government loans for insuring and payments to ensure proper timelines  * Correct and return any pending conditions issued by government agency  * Maintain system for insuring tracking purposes. * Pull payment letters and investor Goodbye letters and update closing log with purchased loans * Secondary Marketing Liaison for all post purchase investor follow up reconciliations * Obtain purchase advises from all investors and coordinate with mortgage accounting for loan payoff The above statements describe the general nature and level of work only.
