You will: Complete cashflow projections and support the wider team with ad‑hoc financial reporting. Prepare and process monthly payment runs in line with company procedures, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Review and analyse invoice nominal coding, checking accuracy and ensuring all data is entered correctly. Verify employee expenses and credit card transactions, confirming full compliance with the company expense policy. Act as an escalation point for supplier queries, working collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners to resolve issues quickly. Maintain and update process notes, contributing to team knowledge and assisting with training across the Purchase Ledger team. Support ongoing finance transformation projects, helping modernise and streamline the way we work.
