Objectif du poste
Le ou la directeur(trice) de succursale dirige et coordonne les activités commerciales de la succursale. Il ou elle met en œuvre des actions tactiques pour maximiser les revenus, l’EBITDA et le rendement des actifs. Cette personne est responsable des profits et pertes de la succursale dans sa zone géographique.

Responsabilités principales

  • Diriger les ventes et le marketing pour atteindre les objectifs du plan d’affaires et maximiser la rentabilité.
  • Encadrer l’équipe des ventes pour identifier les opportunités, développer des stratégies et renforcer les relations clients.
  • Fournir des prévisions précises pour les revenus, l’EBITDA et les ressources.
  • Superviser les opérations de vente, service et location pour assurer une livraison rapide et efficace.
  • Gérer l’inventaire pour optimiser la production et la rentabilité.
  • Promouvoir et surveiller les pratiques de santé et sécurité; assurer la conformité aux règlements fédéraux (OSHA) et provinciaux.
  • Représenter l’entreprise auprès des autorités en matière de sécurité.
  • Évaluer et communiquer les indicateurs de performance à la direction et au personnel.
  • Tenir des registres précis (inventaire, facturation, heures, services).
  • Assurer le suivi comptable des opérations et le transmettre au siège social.
  • Veiller au respect des processus et bonnes pratiques corporatives.
  • Fournir un leadership et gérer la performance des employés sous supervision directe et indirecte.

Exigences

  • Diplôme universitaire en administration, gestion de la construction, ingénierie ou domaine connexe.
  • 7 à 10 ans d’expérience en ventes, marketing et gestion.
  • Expérience dans l’industrie de la construction, idéalement en gestion de projets.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et présentation.
  • Leadership démontré et capacité à mobiliser les équipes.
  • Expérience en recrutement, formation et gestion de la performance.
  • Compétences en planification stratégique et gestion budgétaire.
  • Capacité à analyser des données complexes et prendre des décisions éclairées.
  • Image professionnelle et capacité à inspirer les autres.
  • Permis de conduire valide et dossier de conduite sécuritaire.

Job Objective
The Branch Manager leads and coordinates the commercial activities of the branch. They implement tactical actions to maximize revenue, EBITDA, and asset performance. This person is responsible for the branch’s profit and loss within its geographic area.

  • Promote and monitor health and safety practices; ensure compliance with federal (OSHA) and provincial regulations.
  • Represent the company in safety-related matters with government authorities.
  • Evaluate and communicate performance indicators to management and staff.
  • Maintain accurate records (inventory, billing, hours worked, services).
  • Ensure accounting for branch operations is up to date and reported to head office.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate processes and best business practices.
  • Provide leadership and manage the performance of employees under direct and indirect supervision.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7 to 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, and business management.
  • Experience in the construction industry, ideally in project management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven leadership and ability to mobilize teams.
  • Experience in recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Strategic planning and budgeting skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
