Utilize AI routing tools and logistics software to create efficient delivery routes, then cross-check and adjust them as needed for accuracy and real-world constraints. Track driver progress, address route changes, delays, or incidents, and communicate updates to relevant parties promptly. Serve as the main point of contact for drivers and customers, providing real-time support and issue resolution. Maintain accurate records of routes, delivery times, and driver logs using company software and spreadsheets. Assist with reporting, documentation, and general back-office tasks related to dispatch and logistics. Support payroll processes by ensuring accurate tracking of driver hours and completed deliveries. Hard Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in U.S.-based logistics, dispatch, or transportation coordination (required). Familiarity with route optimization software and AI-assisted logistics tools. Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, particularly under time-sensitive conditions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with drivers and customers.
