Monitoring and managing platform performance, including workspace administration. Working closely with our Partner network – having full visibility over their respective delivery pathways and adherence to carefully deigned SOW’s. Working in Partnership with Centralised data management teams, supporting efficient and effective Data architecture. Driving native Data integration with and to front line source systems. Support test and deploy for all new enhancements and build, assuming ownership for the Master Testing Plan (FUT, SIT & UAT) and management of lower dev environment.
