DÉCLARATION DE RESPONSABILITÉ : Le ou la spécialiste des revenus et du parc de wagons et de locomotives auprès de l’Association of American Railroads (AAR) doit veiller à l’exactitude et à la conformité des factures qui concernent l’AAR, tout en relevant les occasions de maximiser les revenus. Le ou la titulaire de ce poste doit consigner tous les travaux mécaniques effectués dans le cadre de contrats, selon les accords individuels en cause, et superviser les locomotives et wagons faisant partie du parc qui appartiennent à la CTON et qui sont loués par celle-ci lorsqu’ils ne sont pas en service. De même, le ou la spécialiste doit gérer les démarches d’achat d’équipement, le cas échéant, et préparer les factures pour l’équipement loué à des tierces parties. En outre, le ou la titulaire de ce poste doit soutenir les tâches administratives de façon à maintenir les normes applicables dans les différents ateliers, sous la direction du service d’assurance de la qualité. PRINCIPALES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS : • Vérifier l’information à propos des réparations faites sur les wagons dans le système ExpressYard et préparer des factures exactes à l’intention des clients externes et contractuels. • Cerner les occasions de générer des revenus supplémentaires par l’intermédiaire de l’AAR, de MERX et de voies gérées par des tierces parties. • S’assurer que toutes les factures sont conformes aux règles de l’AAR et que l’on procède rapidement au moment de les produire, de les recueillir et de les rapprocher. • Régler les cas d’exception et les litiges relatifs à la réparation de wagons qui concernent des clients externes, et ce, conformément aux normes de l’AAR. • Agir à titre de spécialiste en la matière en ce qui concerne les règles d’échange, de même que les manuels de normes et de pratiques opérationnelles de l’AAR. • Maintenir à jour ses connaissances à propos des règles, des règlements et des changements de procédure de l’AAR. • Fournir un soutien technique et administratif au service de l’entretien mécanique et à l’équipe d’assurance de la qualité. • Former et encadrer les techniciens et techniciennes en voitures et wagons de chemin de fer, les chefs de cellule de travail de même que les superviseurs et superviseures en ce qui concerne le respect des règles de l’AAR et les pratiques exemplaires en matière de facturation. • Assurer la liaison entre la CTON et les comités techniques de l’AAR afin de clarifier les normes et de donner suite aux questions des membres du personnel. • Soutenir les vérifications, les programmes d’assurance de la qualité et les processus de maintien de la certification de l’AAR, selon les directives données. • Soumettre les factures requises en lien avec les contrats externes et l’équipement loué; produire les rapports de rapprochement de fin de mois. EXIGENCES : • Le certificat de qualification de technicien/technicienne en voitures et wagons de chemin de fer (268R) est exigé. • Un diplôme d’études postsecondaires en administration des affaires, en administration de bureau ou dans un domaine connexe est souhaitable. • Expérience récente de 2 ou 3 ans dans le domaine de la facturation, y compris en ce qui touche la vérification des travaux réalisés en fonction des contrats correspondants, la facturation, les tâches administratives et la production de rapports. • Connaissance approfondie et avérée des règles d’échange de l’AAR. • Une bonne connaissance de l’entretien de l’équipement dans l’industrie ferroviaire est considérée comme un atout. • Maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint). • Une expérience de l’utilisation du système AS400 est considérée comme un atout. • Un permis de conduire valide est considéré comme un atout. • Solides compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles, de leadership, d’organisation et de planification. • Engagement à respecter les normes de santé et de sécurité.
