QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous HR and leadership experience - minimum of 5 years

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration

• Ability to build relationships and be empathetic
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws, and compliance
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
• Outstanding people skills, sense of urgency, and ability to take initiative
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Dayforce would be an asset

• Managing and overseeing the HR department and all HR-related functions
• Full-cycle recruitment, Payroll and Benefits, and managing the onboarding process including orientations
• Working closely with the Executive Team to identify gaps and opportunities
• Develop and implement HR strategies and processes
• Manage employee records, time allocations, inquiries and employee relations issues
