ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

We’re looking for a Manager, Government Operations and Integration to advance cross-ministry initiatives, support executive decision-making, and foster alignment across government. This position will work with Chief Operating Officers and their offices to advance government priorities. This is a high-impact role for someone who excels in navigating complexity, building consensus, and delivering results while frequently working with cross-ministry partners.

In this role, you will:

Drive Evidence-Based Decision-Making and Performance Evaluation - Conduct research and evaluations to assess program effectiveness, identify trends, and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.
Build Collaborative Relationships - Lead and support cross-ministry teams and engage stakeholders to align efforts, resolve conflicts, and deliver shared outcomes.
Support Executive Leadership - Respond to emerging priorities and ad hoc requests with agility, professionalism, and strategic insight.
Lead Strategic Projects - Manage project lifecycles—from planning to execution—ensuring alignment and understanding interdependencies with government priorities, timelines, and budgets.
