An exciting opportunity to grow your career in Loyalty Marketing As the Marketing Coordinator - Loyalty, you contribute to the development and execution of customer benefits and offer operations of the ALH pub+ Loyalty program. This position will see you working across the Marketing team and partnering with the wider business to embed the program consistently and drive initiatives to grow and retain the ALH member base. Sound good? Read on: Here’s a taster of the Marketing Coordinator responsibilities: Coordinate loyalty offers setup, testing, and tracking to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Assist with the development of the annual loyalty calendar and offer campaign schedule. Assist with day-to-day operations of the loyalty program, including member queries and program updates Support the creative brief and communications with all internal stakeholders (Marketing, Event, Operations etc) and channel agencies to ensure clarity of loyalty message across marketing activity. Provide administrative support to the loyalty team, including scheduling meetings, tracking project timelines, and maintaining documentation related to marketing initiative Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to support campaign execution, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between stakeholders. Are flexible and work cross functionally with the broader marketing team to support execution of initiatives outside of your core role when required. Assist with managing the loyalty budget, including processing invoices, raising purchase orders (POs), and updating budget trackers to ensure accurate and timely financial management. Act as the front door for Service Desk support, handling and resolving venue team queries, escalating to relevant managers when necessary. Provide support across various marketing functions, collaborating with other teams as required to ensure smooth execution of initiatives beyond the core responsibilities. Demonstrate the ALH Values and Ways of Working, contributing positively to the team culture and ensuring alignment with company goals. Qualifications Now let’s talk about you: Experience (1-2 Years) working in a dedicated Marketing environment, preferably in Retail & Hospitality or similar fast paced environment. Tertiary qualifications in business and/or marketing preferred. Experience with loyalty programs or understanding customers is highly preferable; with experience in proposition delivery & development or CRM/Comms capacity. Strong writing, editing, presentation & communication skills. High attention to detail with excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building skills.
