Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and strengthen market position. Key Responsibilities · Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to achieve revenue targets and support overall business growth. · Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to identify opportunities and potential risks. · Establish clear commercial objectives and KPIs for the Conference & Events, Corporate, and Marketing teams. · Partner closely with the Revenue Management team to optimise pricing strategies and apply best-practice revenue management principles. · Lead the sales and marketing teams in creating and delivering impactful campaigns and sales initiatives, leveraging the broader Accor Commercial Hub to maximise event conversions, guest acquisition, and retention. · Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and industry partners to support long-term business growth. · Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and motivated team culture. · Develop and manage the Commercial budget, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations. · Prepare and deliver regular reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior leadership.
