Drive growth in direct bookings through brand websites and booking engines. Oversee website experience (UX/UI), SEO, SEM, paid media and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives. Monitor digital performance including ROI, customer acquisition cost (CAC), revenue attribution and overall channel contribution. Lead digital reporting, forecasting, budgeting and performance analytics. Collaborate closely with Revenue, Sales, Marketing and Operations teams to align digital strategy with commercial objectives. Requirements A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Commerce, Hospitality Management, IT or a related field. Eight to ten years of progressive experience in hotel e-commerce, digital marketing or digital revenue management, preferably at Group or cluster level. Strong expertise in digital marketing ecosystems, including analytics (GA4), paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta), SEO tools, CRO methodologies and performance dashboarding. Proven experience managing booking engines, OTA platforms, electronic distribution systems and Property Management Systems (PMS), with a strong understanding of direct channel optimization.
