Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of marketing strategies across Australia and New Zealand for leading flooring brands including Premium Floors and Quick-Step.

This is a varied, hands-on role that will suit someone who enjoys balancing creativity with coordination and is passionate about delivering high-quality marketing outcomes.

About the Role

As Marketing Coordinator, you'll support the planning and execution of a wide range of marketing initiatives across print, digital, events, promotions, communications, and sales support activities.

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, agencies, and partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives across Australia and New Zealand.
• Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, product samples, point-of-sale displays, and promotional assets.
• Create, maintain, and update content across websites, social media, email marketing, digital advertising, and online platforms.
• Assist with digital marketing activities, including social media management, influencer partnerships, campaign reporting, and analytics.
• Coordinate trade shows, conferences, customer events, and other marketing activations.
• Work closely with sales teams, suppliers, agencies, and external partners to support business objectives and customer needs.
• Manage branded merchandise, promotional products, corporate apparel, and marketing inventory.
• Provide general marketing administration and project coordination support to ensure activities are delivered on time and on brand.

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, adaptable, and enjoys managing multiple projects at once.

You'll ideally bring:

• Previous experience in a marketing, communications or marketing coordinator role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience coordinating marketing campaigns and projects.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing, and content creation.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with website content management systems, EDM platforms, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar marketing tools will be highly regarded.
• A positive, proactive approach and willingness to roll up your sleeves.
