Champion Category Leadership: Partner with Category Transformation Managers to create in-store solutions that tackle barriers to category growth, while also contributing to non-innovation plans that drive core strategies for both Diageo and non-Diageo products. Shape Commercial Strategy: Identify and adapt global Shopper and Customer Marketing activities to meet local objectives, developing 365 Essentials and Perfect Outlets plans in alignment with our Commercial Trade Strategy. Lead Customer Marketing Innovation: Transform Diageo’s customer marketing approach by crafting programs centered on customer priorities. Oversee activities from concept through execution, ensuring timely delivery tailored to specific channels. Harness Data & Insights: Set benchmarks and lead measurement efforts to assess impact on consumer behavior and market share growth. Use data analytics for informed decision-making, continuously improving marketing drivers. Foster Customer Engagement: Present innovative sub-category initiatives during key engagements, staying externally curious by exploring new best practices in Customer Marketing to redefine the path to purchase.
