This leader will own the strategy, performance, and optimization of our acquisition engine, defining how millions of potential customers discover Stash and begin their investing journey. You’ll lead performance marketing across channels including paid social, search, affiliate, mobile app platforms, and offline media such as TV and podcasts, while building a disciplined experimentation engine that improves CAC and drives sustainable depositor growth. This is both a strategic and hands-on leadership role. You’ll set the direction for growth, partner with senior leadership on acquisition strategy, and work closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Creative, Data, and Martech to turn insights into measurable impact. You’ll report to the VP of Growth, manage internal team members and agency partners, and play a critical role in shaping how Stash reaches and converts the next generation of investors.
