TERRITORY MANAGER – B2B SALES (WESTERN CANADA)
Location: Ideally based in Alberta, but qualified candidates from Saskatchewan and Manitoba are also encouraged to apply.

Overview of the Role
We’re looking for a high-performing, self-motivated Territory Manager to drive B2B growth and elevate brand presence across your region. This role focuses on account management, new business development, and client relationship management — all within a sales-focused, fast-moving environment.
The ideal candidate brings proven experience in technical or consultative B2B sales, understands channel marketing, and thrives on delivering value to both new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve territory revenue targets
Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities
Manage and grow relationships with key retail and B2B accounts
Conduct product demos, presentations, and dealer training sessions
Utilize Salesforce (or equivalent CRM) to track pipeline, forecast sales, and manage client data
Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with field activities
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy
Represent Stylia and our brand partners at trade shows, dealer events, and training sessions
Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support
Contribute to a culture of excellence by mentoring peers and sharing best practices
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales — ideally in consumer goods, appliances, furnishings, or technical sales
Solid understanding of sales funnel management, marketing collaboration, and retail dynamics
Strong negotiation, closing, and presentation skills
Proven track record of developing and growing a territory
CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
Highly organized, self-disciplined, and capable of working independently
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Willingness to travel throughout your territory (company vehicle or mileage program provided)
