Functieomschrijving Als Senior Contractmanager speel je een essentiële rol in de ontwerp- en realisatiefase van onze complexe projecten, zoals grote dijkversterkingen, wegenbouwprojecten en projecten in kust & zeehavens. Je ondersteunt de projectorganisatie bij het naleven van contractuele verplichtingen, analyseert risico’s en draagt bij aan strategische besluitvorming. Aansturen op eenduidige vastlegging en afwikkelen van wijzigingen en aanspraken op kostenvergoedingen en of termijnverlenging (VTW). Adviseren en/of coördineren bij contractuele discussies. Identificeren en beheersen van contractuele risico’s gedurende de gehele projectcyclus. Effectief samenwerken met onze juridische-, verzekering-, en inkoopafdeling. Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor de opdrachtgever en andere stakeholders, zoals partners en onderaannemers. Opstellen en beoordelen van (begeleidende) brieven en formele correspondentie. Proactief bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van contractmanagement binnen de organisatie. Begeleiden en coachen van minder ervaren collega’s op het gebied van contractbeheer/contractmanagement. Wat breng je mee? Jij bent een gedreven contractmanager met ervaring in dijkversterkingen, wegenbouwprojecten of projecten in kust & zeehavens. Je hebt een juridisch en/of technisch sterke achtergrond en je blinkt uit in het beheren van complexe contracten. Daarnaast beschik je over het volgende: Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in een technische en/of juridische richting.
