Within this, the key responsibilities for this position are: Ensure that all goods received are supported by authorized documents. Inspect all incoming goods to ensure that all goods quantity, quality, price and all the other specifications are adhered to before acceptance. Notify concerned department heads of arriving materials so that items may be removed promptly and securely from the receiving area. Ensure the correctness of invoice / tax invoice against purchase order. Bring discrepancies to the attention of the Purchasing Manager. Perform daily receiving process into JDE system, ensure that cost has been record correctly within a month of receiving. Submit the receiving report with the backup documents to Assistant Financial Controller for further reviewing. Ensure the properly filing of all the receiving report and invoices/tax invoice. Carry out any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Financial Controller or any other person designated by them.
