Functional Accountabilities Area of Contribution Key Activities Financial Maintaining HR Expenses of petty cash Process 1. Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies). Assisting with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties. Manage and monitor employee probation processes, ensuring timely follow-up with line managers and confirming employees before the end of their probation period. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc) Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes. Handle and respond to employee requests, ensuring timely resolution, proper documentation, and coordination with relevant departments when needed. Assist in recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers, preparing documents, and supporting onboarding processes. Assist in HR tasks related to HR operations, Rewards and Recognition and Employee Engagement activities. Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the HR Head. Provide support for visa processing and related requirements, including documentation, coordination with PRO/authorities, and tracking application status to ensure timely completion.
