Just graduated and ready to make impact in the world of pigs, poultry or cattle? At The Schippers Group, we offer a 12-month international traineeship for young professionals with up to three years of experience. No endless meetings or theory. You’ll learn by doing. On farms, in the business, and across borders.

You’ll rotate through different departments, work with international teams and discover where your strengths lie. Step by step, you’ll grow into a role that fits you. In the field, in the business or both.

• Phase 1 (0–3 months): Onboarding & introduction
• Get to know our products, markets and mission. Learn how we work and where you fit in.
• Phase 2 (3–6 months): Department rotations
• Work in teams like Sales, R&D and Logistics. Discover the full scope of our business and what excites you most.
• Phase 3 (6–9 months): International assignment
• Spend a few weeks or months working at one of our international locations. Learn how livestock farming works across borders and cultures.
• Phase 4 (9–12 months): Specialisation
• Choose your focus and prepare for a long-term role at The Schippers Group. This is where your real journey starts.
