Job Description Prospecting and Lead Generation: Generating leads from marketing campaigns for sales opportunities and Contact potential prospects through cold calls and emails. Collating and maintaining client information. Utilize our prospecting strategy, criteria, and templates to build a list of potential prospects, leveraging our shared database and tracking sheet. Identify key points of contact within prospective companies. Collaborate with your BD Lead and Sales Managers to schedule meetings with prospects upon receiving responses. Requirements: 2+ years of BDR experience in BPO contact center and managed outsource services industry preferred. Should be well verse on speaking, reading and writing Madarin. A fundamental understanding of the sales process (marketing, prospecting, cold calling, sales cycle) Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English Computer literacy (standard Office applications) Strong discovery skills, solution selling ability, and objection handling skills Extremely self-starter or self-motivated with a diligent work ethic and strong attention to detail Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an advantage. Knowledge of customer service principles and business correspondence experience (preferred). An understanding of the BPO ecosystem, with an interest and curiosity to learn more.
