We are an owner-managed real estate company based in Berlin and manage a select portfolio of commercial properties.

Our team is small, decision-making processes are short, and the tasks are diverse. With us, you won't be managing a multitude of standard projects, but rather a manageable portfolio that you will get to know thoroughly and oversee independently.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Property Manager / Real Estate Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • Independent management of a manageable portfolio of commercial properties
  • Contact person for tenants, owners and service providers
  • Control and monitoring of maintenance, servicing and repair measures
  • Organization and support of lease handovers
  • Invoice verification and close collaboration with the accounting department
  • Support with rentals and general organizational tasks
  • Ongoing property monitoring and ensuring proper property management

Your profile

Ideally, you have completed training as a real estate agent or have a comparable commercial qualification, as well as professional experience in the management of commercial or residential properties, and work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner.

They are happy to take on responsibility, maintain an overview even across different topics, and value direct contact with tenants, owners, and service providers.

We are also happy to meet motivated career starters as well as committed career changers with a commercial background and an interest in the real estate industry, provided they are willing to dedicate themselves to learning the ropes.
