Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Financial Counselor to deliver excellent patient-centered service by supporting and facilitating financial processes related to professional healthcare services. This role plays a vital part in ensuring accurate billing, maximizing collections, and guiding patients through their financial responsibilities with clarity and professionalism. The Financial Counselor will work closely with both internal teams and external customers to ensure timely resolution of billing issues and a seamless financial experience for patients.
